For the last two decades, I have had the honor of facilitating the entry of various companies into India, each with its distinct objectives and aspirations. Whether it was establishing innovative studios, overseeing substantial resources, or acquainting international industry leaders with India's affordable and exceptionally skilled workforce, my experience has been truly thrilling. Allow me to share some of the standout moments from this remarkable journey.

2021 to Present: Bally’s Casino: In my current position as the Vendor Relationship Manager at Bally’s Casino, I am responsible for overseeing and enhancing our external partnerships. This role requires a sharp attention to detail and a strategic approach. My duties include discovering and integrating new vendors, as well as performing comprehensive due diligence. Negotiating and upholding legal contracts, such as service level agreements (SLAs), SoW's, and the interviewing / onboarding of technical resources is essential to guarantee that our partnerships are mutually advantageous and compliant with industry regulations. I also maintain the relationships between the teams to ensure the lines of communication remain open and clear.
2020: Developing a Tailored ERP Solution for a Timber Manufacturer: During 2020, I was engaged in consulting for a major timber manufacturer. My role entailed overseeing the creation of a customized ERP system, which necessitated a thorough examination of their operations. This encompassed everything from collecting requirements and evaluating inventory procedures to supervising production and sales activities, making it a comprehensive project. Leveraging Google Data Studio, I established a powerful reporting mechanism that offered essential insights to key decision-makers, leading to substantial operational enhancements.

2018: Offshore Dashboard Project for Nike: Collaborating with Nike in 2018 marked a significant achievement. I oversaw the execution of a comprehensive offshore dashboard project. This endeavour involved developing a tailored automated dashboard driven by Smartsheets and advanced business logic. The outcome? A smooth consolidation of initiatives, statuses, and performance metrics that greatly enhanced the efficiency of Nike's offshore operations.
2015: Establishing a Strong Game Development Hub for Genesis Gaming: In 2015, I established an external studio for Genesis Gaming in India. What began as handling basic art assignments soon grew to encompass animation and ultimately the complete offshore game development process. This onshore/offshore follow-the-sun approach became a reality, engaging more than 70 skilled individuals, such as artists, animators, engineers, and QA experts.

2014: Hollywood Ventures with Reliance MediaWorks and Digital Domain: During 2014, I relocated to Los Angeles to collaborate with Reliance MediaWorks and Digital Domain. The opportunity to work alongside local teams in LA while overseeing a team of 100 individuals in Mumbai proved to be a captivating experience. Despite the challenges of coordinating across continents and executing projects, the outcome was highly gratifying.
2012: Revolutionizing GANZ through the Establishment of a New Studio: During 2012, I played a key role in guiding GANZ, a prominent creative organization, through a period of downsizing by initiating the formation of an offshore team in India. Through the establishment of an 80-member studio, I enabled the outsourcing of their artistic and animation workflows, guaranteeing the ongoing production of top-notch work with enhanced efficiency.
2010: Establishing Edutainment Centers in Collaboration with Marvel and Cartoon Network: From 2010 to 2012, I collaborated on a thrilling initiative involving Marvel Comics, Cartoon Network, and Protein Entertainment, a media and entertainment company based in Singapore. Together, we launched edutainment centers in India, blending education and entertainment to offer captivating learning opportunities for children.
From 2009 to 2012: Leading Animation Projects at Xentrix Studios: Throughout this timeframe, I oversaw client outsourcing operations at Xentrix Studios, a prominent animation studio in India. I was responsible for managing projects for renowned companies such as Disney, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros, and Zynga, guaranteeing top-notch results and effective resource allocation.

2008: Pioneering EA’s Studio in Hyderabad: In 2008, I spearheaded the opening of Electronic Arts’ (EA’s) first stand-alone studio in Hyderabad, India. This venture utilized a hybrid model, combining full-time local staff with a third-party vendor for scaling resources. It was an innovative approach that set the stage for future studio setups in the region.
Throughout my career, I have facilitated the entry of several international companies into India for business purposes. These include a cosmetics company from France, a mining company from Canada, and a motorsports company from Spain. Each project has highlighted India’s capacity as a prime location for global business activities, providing cost-effective, top-notch creative, and software services.
Upon contemplation of these endeavors, I am thankful for the opportunities presented and the exceptional teams I have collaborated with. I look forward to continuing to connect global enterprises with India and observing the remarkable developments that ensue.
